"Then said Jesus to them again, peace be unto you: as My Father hath sent Me, even so, send I you" (John 20:21).
Every day Jesus walked the Earth, He brought victory to all who crossed His path. For the sick, their victory was healing. For the blind, it was the restoration of sight. Each day He lived among humanity marked a triumph for Heaven and for those who met Him. There were instances when He didn't need to utter a prayer for miracles to occur; His mere presence was victory enough for them. A remarkable instance was His encounter with the woman with the issue of blood. Jesus didn't pray for her to be healed as He did some others, but when she touched Him, her sickness vanished forever for as long as she lived.
As Jesus' earthly mission came to a close, He entrusted you with the same responsibility. You now bear the duty of bringing victory to those you encounter each day. When someone is disheartened, victory will be in lifting the burden from their shoulders through your words and presence. Victory for a family member or friend who is sick or oppressed by the devil will be in ministering the power of God to bring them relief. Perhaps no one has explicitly told you, but hear it now: your primary purpose on this Earth is to bring victory to your world. Your worship to God is manifested as bringing victory in your world. As Jesus stated, "Let your light so shine that men may see your good work and glorify your Father in Heaven" (Matthew 5:16).
My question for you today is: Will someone experience victory upon meeting you today? Will someone find renewed hope in their life because of their encounter with you? Or will they remain in their darkness? Saint, today presents a divine opportunity to make a God-inspired difference in someone's life. It is a day of joy and hope for a world that often lacks both. I firmly believe that God has saved you for an extraordinary purpose. You weren't spared from accidents, healed, promoted, or brought back from the brink of an overdose just to live a "normal" life. Instead, I believe that God has adorned your life with His glory so that you, in turn, can bring victory to others.
You might be wondering, "Why would Jesus send me to bring victory to others when I, myself, need victory? Doesn't He understand that I have imperfections and insecurities?" The answer is straightforward.
For one, God doesn't perceive you with flaws and insecurities. Perhaps you were that way before He saved you, but once He did, your imperfections and insecurities were replaced by the Holy Spirit. Secondly, He has already declared you more than a conqueror, which means you've already achieved victory. God has made you a champion so that you, in turn, can do the same for others. Thirdly, He has dispatched you into the world because you are the sole being on Earth capable of carrying His anointing and exercising His authority. No other entity can impact the world as Jesus did, except for you, who have received His Spirit. And if He didn't believe in you, He wouldn't have entrusted you with this mission.
So, be encouraged, letting nothing dissuade you. God has strategically placed you for a significant purpose; He has stationed you in that office, school, and neighborhood for an extraordinary mission - to usher victory into people's lives. Step out of your comfort zone and make a meaningful impact in your world. I strongly encourage you to seize the day. Rise and take action now. Seek out that colleague or neighbor and demonstrate your care; today, be the bearer of victory for them.
God bless you!
Faith Filled Confession:
I operate under the unction of the Holy Spirit. Like a city set on a hill, I cannot be hidden. I am the light of the world and the salt of the Earth. I do not tread in darkness, for my path is that of a shining light that shines brighter and brighter until it reaches perfection. Hallelujah!
