AN INDESTRUCTIBLE LIFE

12/28/2025

“For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring Word of God.” (1 Peter 1:23)

When you confessed the Lordship of Jesus Christ and were born again, you did not receive a weak, temporary, or fragile life. You received the very life of God—an indestructible life. This life is not sustained by natural strength, human effort, or favorable circumstances. It is sustained by the Word of God, which lives and abides forever. Colossians 3:4 declares, “Christ is your life.” If Christ is your life, then your life carries the same quality, power, and endurance that is found in Him.

The Scripture tells us that we were born again by an imperishable seed, which is the living and enduring Word of God. In the natural, a child takes on the nature of the seed that produced it. Spiritually, this truth remains the same. You were conceived by God’s Word; therefore, you carry the nature of the Word. And because God’s Word cannot be defeated, corrupted, or destroyed, neither can the life that it produced in you. Whatever cannot prevail against God’s Word cannot prevail against you.

This understanding explains why the Christian life was never meant to be ordinary, powerless, or defeated. A life that is void of victory and notable testimonies contradicts the very nature of the life we received at the new birth. However, many believers live below this reality—not because the life of God is deficient, but because they are ignorant of what they possess. The Bible describes this tragedy in Ecclesiastes 10:7: “I have seen servants on horses, while princes walk on the ground like servants.” When princes do not know who they are, they live beneath their inheritance.

Child of God, ignorance of your divine identity does not change the truth of who you are, but it does affect how you live. You have the life of God in you, yet that life must be consciously acknowledged, believed, and enforced by faith. Symptoms, circumstances, and challenges may arise, but they do not have the authority to redefine you. Your responsibility is to uphold the truth of God’s Word and insist on the reality of your indestructible life in Christ.

Because you are born of the Word, failure is not permitted to define your path. Because you carry the life of God, death, decay, and defeat have no legal claim over you. This is why the Christian is called to live with boldness, confidence, and expectancy. Testimonies should be normal. Victory should be consistent. The miraculous should be familiar.

Christ is your life. Govern yourself with this consciousness. Speak in alignment with it. Respond to life from this position. You were born to reign, not to survive. You were born of God, and the life you carry is indestructible.

God bless you.

Faith-Filled Confession

I am born of the living and enduring Word of God. I carry an indestructible life. Nothing dies in me or around me. No organ in my body fails, and nothing I set my hands to do ends in defeat. Because God’s Word cannot fail, I cannot fail. I live victoriously in Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
