"...if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14)
Wherever you are reading this from in the world, turn your face toward Washington, DC, and begin to speak in tongues for a few moments, even as you read today's devotional, which is a prayer devotional. Over the next few months, the destiny of billions across the world, whether they live or die, would be determined by the decisions taken by the White House and the United States Congress. 2 Peter 3:9 says, "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance."
Pray against threats to critical infrastructure, disallowing attempts to plunge many cities within the borders of the United States into darkness by rogue elements. The scriptures say, “Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (Matthew 18:18).
Pray, sanctifying the airspace and ports of entry all over the United States of America, nullifying every attempt to bait the government into war before the time. The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 3:8 that there is "A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace." And as you pray, ask God to shower His mercy on the country for the sake of the elect such that an acceleration of evangelization is occasioned from coast to coast and border to border. Matthew 24:14 says, "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come."
Pray for a wave of repentance and godly reverence to overtake people living in the United States such that the voice of salvation to the nations, once very prominent, is revived and many turn again to missionary work, volunteering to partner with and share the gospel message to the ends of the earth. Hebrews 13:20-21 says, "Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen."
As you speak in tongues, begin to praise God because His answers are swift and transformative. News reports of God-shifts across America are streaming into the consciousness of the nation over the next few months. Hallelujah! There is joy in the land, and many people, who for one reason or the other, stopped believing, are realizing how much they missed the Lord and reuniting with Him.
It's a new day in the United States, and that which the enemy thought he has wrought is brought to naught. Glory be to the Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
Faith-Filled Confession
It's a new day in the United States, and a season of change and repentance is upon her ramparts. I declare that by virtue of this change, billions receive the gospel message as they have been earmarked to receive it, and the Lord Jesus is glorified in the nations. Glory to God.
