"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19).
There is a requirement of greater consecration that the Lord would be requiring from His Bride in the coming year, and one of the things that will impede the attainment of this deeper level of consecration is access to financial resources on an individual basis.
For too long, many believers have been prevented from fulfilling their obligations to the Lord and His Church because they are pursuing sustenance for themselves and their families. And while this is justifiable, there is a better way. Today, the Lord would have us raise an altar on behalf of the Church Universal so that all would realize that they have been financially emancipated and that these ones will begin to operate in and mature in their understanding of divine provision for the execution of their callings. 2 Corinthians 8:9 says, "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich."
Pray that Christians around the world would come into full and intimate acquaintance with this grace and that they would become stalwart in their convictions to serve God. Pray that Christians will minister from an understanding of their financial advantage; that they would speak the truth without a sense of compromise. Proverbs 18: 23 says, "The poor man speaks humbly, and the rich man speaks hard things." Pray that their work, innovations, businesses, creations, and products will reflect the image of our Lord Jesus Christ and that these things have the spiritual traction to influence and transform the world for the better. Today, pray for others. No personal prayers. 1 Timothy 2:1–2 says, "I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity." Have a blessed day.
Faith-Filled Confession
On this day of Intercession, I am equipped to bring about a supernatural shift in the Body of Christ. As I agree in prayer with others, there is an abundance of testimonies all over the world about how so many Christians realized their wealthy place in Christ Jesus and how they used this understanding to enact a campaign for Jesus everywhere. Blessed be God, Our Father in Jesus' Name. Amen.
